Live Networking turns your phone into a capture cockpit for conferences, trade shows and exhibitions. Everyone who scans your card lands on a live roster, you scan their cards back, and follow-ups are ready when you tap Stop.
Your card's QR code goes full-screen on your phone. If a campaign is running, the session is named for it automatically ("Web Summit – Day 2").
Each scan of your card appears on your roster as it happens — they need no app. Photograph their paper card or badge and Wallat reads it in the background.
Get an event summary, an acknowledgement for each contact, and follow-up drafts written from the facts you captured.
Wallat is a networking intelligence platform. Your card and profile tell people about you; Live Networking captures what you learn about them.
Every in-person scan, newest first, with the time, city and device. Turn on scan alerts and your phone buzzes when someone scans.
QR and vCard codes are decoded directly, printed text is read with AI, and another Wallat card resolves straight from its live profile. The photo stays on the contact.
Mark each person hot, warm or cold and add a quick note while the conversation is still fresh.
A "great to meet you" email sent automatically or with one click, plus drafts for email or WhatsApp written only from facts you captured.
Everything on the card, where you met, your notes and optional website enrichment, all searchable in plain language: "Is there a forensic auditor in my contacts?"
When you stop, get how many people you met, how many you can reach, your hot/warm/cold split and the companies that came up most.
On Teams, admins create a shared pool for a company-sponsored event and members attach their session to it when they tap Start. Over a few events, it becomes one searchable index of everyone your people have met.
Pooling is off by default for a team, and members attach each event explicitly. Anything they don't attach stays private.
The Start screen tells members that contacts captured in that event will be visible to the team's admins.
Contact details and private notes are separate settings per pool. Each contact shows who met them and where, and likely duplicates are flagged.
Live Networking isn't included in the free Starter plan. See the pricing page for full details.
